Solid iron paperweight shaped to follow the natural curve of an open book rests on top of the pages and holds them flat.

Whether you are studying from a textbook, following a recipe, or enjoying a new novel, it keeps your place open while leaving your hands free.

Open Book Paperweight designed by Japanese company Kokuyo hugs the spine to provide heavy support exactly where pages tend to lift.

The curved profile is so natural that you wonder why every reading accessory is not shaped this way.

Instead of clips or springs, the paperweight relies on a simple curved piece of iron that follows the shape of an open book.
