On July 19, the annual Jomas Street festival was held in Jurmala, Latvia.
This year’s special event was the Magic Sand sculpture festival, titled “Magic Sand 2008″.

Well, this is not “Summer Signs 2008″ and it’s definetely not in Jelgava. This is “Magic Sand 2008″ in Jurmala (http://www.jomasiela.lv/lv/festivals-magic-sand) i can say it for 100 %, because i was there :)
