Maserati Boomerang Concept Car

Initially unveiled as a non-functional model, it evolved into a real concept car based on the Maserati Bora chassis for the 1972 Geneva Auto Show.

While registered as a road car, beautiful Maserati Boomerang Coupe was primarily conceived as a unique showpiece concept car.

After making its debut, it toured numerous exhibitions before being acquired by a private owner following the 1974 Barcelona car show.

Over the years, the car underwent restoration work and changed hands, showcasing its timeless design at various prestigious events.

Ultimately, Maserati Boomerang was sold at Bonhams auction in Château de Chantilly, France in 2015 for €3,335,000 ($3.7 million USD).
