Interactive art installation designed to look like a tree made out of basketball hoops invites people to play with each other.

Basketball Tree (Orange Functional) by artist Alexandre Arrechea located at one of the main entrances to Biidaasige Park, near Old Firehall 30.

Instead of one basketball hoop and one objective, players are presented with countless possibilities.

The Basketball Tree in Toronto, Canada challenges the assumption that sports must always follow strict rules.

By presenting multiple targets and no prescribed way to play, it encourages experimentation.
