I love the concept! Hysterical!
For a slight product upgrade, there could be a leather or plastic watch band with a slide-on pack of Post-Its that sit atop the wrist, so that more than one note could be jotted down.

If you don’t have a watch (ANY kind of wristwatch; not just APPLE watch) then you may use this “Watch Sticky Notes” (WSN). Its a bit awkward to wear the WSN if you are already wearing a watch.
Since it is made of paper, it may tear/peal off accidentally without you noticing it.
