Iffy. Cant really see this fitting either use- as a belt or as a scooter.

Since it doesn’t look like it can be put on like a regular belt into the pants, and it seems that it can be only strapped it around the waist; you can put some box-shaped pockets on it like Batman’s utility belt for its upgrade.
